That's some heavy gold bling: Franklin Ireland's
smile outdazzled his colorful Gangbuster costume as he greeted
visitors and autographed comic books at the BBPD National Night
Out Event. Frank also serves his community as the Athletic Director
for the local Ezell B. Hester Community Center.
